I love polka dots because it's retro, flirty, whimsical with a sense of youthful flair, yet remains timeless. I for one, feel that I can not pull off wearing bold and vibrant polka dot patterns, so if you're like me, try something a little more soft and subtle. I opt for a dusty rose top with semi-sheer mini dots. A splash of polka, but not loud.
